Dear Clients, Board Members, Tenants and Investors:

The COVID-19 virus has now been declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization. This situation continues to evolve in Canada and beyond. It is our collective responsibility to contain the spread of the virus and to assist those who are the most vulnerable.

 I want you to know that Synergy Property Management is doing everything we can to support you through this difficult time. I can assure you that we’re taking added precautions to keep our clients and employees safe. This is our number one priority.

 We also know that life must go on, and there are financial transactions, maintenance requests, and regular business items that will need to be addressed. Synergy’s office will remain open and available for you for as long as possible, but we are not open to the public. We are asking all clients and executives to conduct business with our office by phone or email only. Should you feel that a meeting is preferable, we are happy to accommodate by arranging a teleconference, GoTo Meeting, Skype, etc.

 All tenants and residents have been sent communication from our office requesting that rent payments are made in full and on-time. At this time, we have no knowledge of the government of Ontario or Canada announcing that rent payments can be suspended or paid late without penalty. We will continue to monitor this situation and act appropriately to any changes.

 Maintenance issues will be triaged and actioned in accordance with their importance and urgency.  Whenever possible, we will bunch repair requests up so that our repairmen will attend units or buildings once, rather than multiple times.  This may mean that wait times for repairs will lengthen; we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.  Please know that we will do everything we can to take care of things as quickly and efficiently as possible, under the circumstances.

Synergy Property Management Solutions was established in Thunder Bay in 2013, with its original office located at 215 Red River Rd. in downtown Port Arthur.   Synergy’s early service delivery was provision of management services to single family dwellings and small plexes.  In 2015, Synergy expanded its service scope to include larger buildings (apartment complexes, etc.).  moving offices in 2016 to 620 Norah Crescent, where it remains today. the following year, Synergy began offering management services to condominium corporations and non-profit housing corporations.


To this day, Synergy's prime focus is customer service.  We believe that our customers will tell us what they want, and we will deliver - because we are listening.  After all, our customers are the reason that we're here!
